Prior to retirement, I was a highly skilled Information Technology (IT) executive with over 41 years of extensive technical, managerial, and executive experience in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
I am an expert in conceptualizing, designing, developing, and implementing corporate-wide management and executive information systems. I have enjoyed tremendous success in business development and marketing and have implemented a variety of highly successful enterprise-wide business systems for U. S. Navy, Department of Defense, Army National Guard, Motorola-Siemens, Phillips Morris USA, City of Washington, DC, City & County of Milwaukee, New Jersey Transit, San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit, Verizon, and more.
I have designed, developed, and implemented a variety of websites. They include the latest design techniques, sharp graphics, ecommerce, MySQL database technology, responsive website design, and more.
I have an MBA from Southeastern University and a BS, Mathematics from Florida A & M University.
I have written a book about my career, Think, Innovate, & Execute: Getting It Done. My wife, Cynthia and I were the featured cover story of the March/April 2019 Edition of Pooler Magazine.
